SYSTEM MEMBERS

System Members are the voting membership in the SCRWA and consist of rural water districts, non-profit corporations, public authorities, and towns with populations of less than 10,000 people engaged in the distribution of water or treatment of sewage for rural residents. Registration for 2011 is now open.
