Rose Stancil

ARRA Circuit Rider (RD Loans / Grants)

Graduated from Clemson University with a BS degree in Agricultural Engineering. Began worked for SCDHEC in 1980 in the Bureau of Drinking Water as an Environmental Engineering Associate in Plan Review. Worked as the Manager of the Drinking Water Section in the Lower Savannah EQC District office from 1995-1999. Began work with SCRWA June 2002 as Management Support. Reside in Lexington and have two children both students at Clemson University.
