There are two categories of membership in the
South Carolina Rural Water Association.

System Membership

System Membership - The voting membership in the SCRWA will consist of rural water districts, non-profit corporations, public authorities and towns with populations of less than 10,000 people engaged in the distribution of water or treatment of sewage for rural residents.

Associate Membership

Associate Membership - Any person, partnership or corporation interested in promoting the work of the association shall be eligible for associate membership in the association.
