SCRWA History

The South Carolina Rural Water Association is a non-profit benefit corporation, incorporated on 3-2-77 under the laws of SC to provide technical assistance and training to personnel of SC public and private water systems having populations less than 10,000. The Association was established in 1976.

The South Carolina Rural Water Association is a branch of the National Rural Water Association. Our activities are funded through state-wide memberships and grants from EPA and Rural Development.
