Each year there is an election held at the annual meeting and there is a vote taken from
each district. The current SCRWA Board Member may be reinstated or a new Board Member
elected from each Voting District. Votes may be cast by SCRWA members thru designated
Voting Delegates, named in advance by each utility. See detailed information on the
