Registration is required for all
conference attendees. Name badges will be required to be worn at all conference events.
Please register each attendee using the registration form. Include the attendees
full name as you wish it to appear on their name badge.

when you register before August 15, 2008. To pre-register complete the registration form

On-Site
Registration
All conference attendees must
obtain a name badge and conference material at the registration desk. Attendees wishing to
register on-site must have payment in full before admittance to the conference will be
allowed.

Cancellation
Refunds
Full refunds will be made until
August 15, 2008 minus a $50.00 administration fee. No refunds will be made after August
15, 2008. Substitutions will be allowed.
Convention Location and Accommodations
Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel
2101 North Oak Street Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 To make room
reservations at the reduced conference rate of $129.00 + tax (single/double) contact the
Sheraton at 1-800-325-3535. Make sure to mention you are attending the SCRWA Conference.
The room block closes August 15, 2008. Parking is $5.00 per day, per vehicle for overnight
quests in the hotels attached parking garage with unlimited in and out privileges.
Golf
Tournament
This years golf tournament
will be held Monday, September 15, 2008 at Whispering Pines Golf Club in Myrtle Beach, SC.
The cost of the tournament is $70, which includes green & cart fees, lunch and prizes.
This year will be holding a Hole-in-One contest for a chance to win $10,000. The first 15
system members to register (full registration required) get to play free. Please include
your handicap or average score on the registration form so that we can set the foursomes

Sporting
Clays Fun Shoot
The Annual Sporting Clays Fun
Shoot will be held at the Backwoods Quail Club near Georgetown, SC on Monday, September
15, 2008. The cost for this event is $70 (which includes shoot, lunch & prizes). If
you wish to just come watch the event and have lunch the cost for the meal is $25. Shotgun

Personal Safety & Self
Defense Class
On Monday, September 15th we will be
offering a Personal Safety & Self Defense Class. The cost for this session is $40 and
is not included in the full registration price. If you plan to attend this session, please
see registration form. Class size is limited, so register early.
