Information Registration
Registration is
required for all conference attendees. Name badges will be required to be worn at all
conference events. Please register each attendee using the registration form. Include the
attendees full name as you wish it to appear on their name badge.
Pre-Registration
Save $75 on full
registration when you register before October 15, 2007. To pre-register
complete the registration form and mail it with your payment to:

On-Site
Registration
All conference attendees must
obtain a name badge and conference material at the registration desk. Attendees wishing to
register on-site must have payment in full before admittance to the conference will be
allowed.

This years golf tournament will be held Monday, November 12, 2007 at the
Shaftesbury Glen Golf Club. The cost of the tournament is $70, which includes green &
cart fees, lunch and prizes. The first 15 system members to register (full
registration required) get to play free. Please include your handicap or average score on
the registration form so that we can set the foursomes fairly.

Proper attire is required (shirts with
collars, no tee shirts or cut-off shorts, etc.).

Sporting Clays Fun Shoot will be held at the Backwoods Quail Club near Georgetown, SC on
Monday, November 12, 2007. The cost for this event is $70 (which includes shoot, lunch
& prizes). If you wish to just come watch the event and have lunch the cost for the
meal is $25. Shotgun shells will not be provided. See their
